Flavor Flav recently shared on X (formerly Twitter) that he was escorted out of the Backstreet Boys’ green room during the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree Lighting event on December 4. According to Flav, he was invited to the event but faced security when he joined the Backstreet Boys in their dressing room. He claimed NBC allegedly didn’t want him in that area and asked him to leave, even though the band’s social media manager later requested to capture content featuring him. Flav expressed confusion about the situation, emphasizing that he tries to spread joy and love, referencing his past appearances, including moments at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
NBC has not responded to requests for comment as of now.
