News has spread that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s newest chief of staff hire, Josh Kettler, has already left the position after three months.

According to People, he was only hired on a trial basis and the decision for Josh to leave was made mutually by both parties. They both agreed it “wasn’t the right fit.” Josh was previously the chief of staff and head of strategic partnerships at a company called Cognixion.
No official statement from either the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, nor Josh, has been released at this time.
