Gerard Butler and O’Shea Jackson Jr. are gearing up for the release of Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, set to hit theaters on January 10. The co-stars attended a photo call on Tuesday (December 3) at the Porsche Experience Center in Carson, California, where they were joined by the film’s writer and director, Christian Gudegast, and producers Tucker Tooley and Alan Siegel.
During the event, the team got to experience the Porsche Taycan, which is featured in a major car chase in the film. This all-electric car is the first of its kind to be used in such a sequence in a major movie.
In Den of Thieves 2, Butler reprises his role as Big Nick, who is tracking down Donnie (Jackson), now caught up in a dangerous world of diamond thieves and the notorious Panther mafia. The plot centers around a heist targeting the world’s largest diamond exchange.
The film is set to deliver intense action, and fans can catch the trailer ahead of its theatrical release next month.
