According to reporting by Deadline, another hearing has been scheduled in the case. It will take place on August 9, and only the lawyers will be involved.

The latest development comes after Justin‘s lawyer unsuccessfully attempted to have the charges dropped last week. He argued that there were issues with the original police report.
