Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird and her husband Josh Efird are calling it quits.
On Thursday (August 1), the 24-year-old Mama June: Family Crisis star filed for divorce from Josh, 28, after six years of marriage. In a settlement agreement obtained by People, Lauryn indicated that she and Josh have been in a “bona fide state of separation” since July.

The former couple has agreed to share joint and legal custody of their kids, and according to the settlement agreement, they have a “parenting plan” they previously agreed upon. The two also both waived the right to request child support.
According to the docs, Josh has been given 60 days to remove all of his belongings from their home in Georgia, which Lauryn will be taking over the property.
