French pole vaulter Anthony Ammirati is going viral on social media after a bulge-related mishap ended his run at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The 21-year-old athlete competed in a qualifying event on Saturday (August 3) in Paris, France. However, his run was marred when he hit the bar with his package as he flew over it.
After the mishap, the bar fell to the ground, and Anthony‘s score was not high enough for him to qualify and continue on in the Games.

A video of the moment is going viral on X (formerly Twitter), and social media users are having a field day.
“Anthony Ammirati the French Pole Vaulter who’s bulge is a blessing and a curse 👀🔥,” one account wrote on X.
“Being unable to secure the gold medal in pole vaulting at the #Olympics because you had too much dingaling, still qualifies as winning. That’s just me. We see you, le king,” another wrote.
“When you’re about to win an Olympic medal but your massive d*ck gets in the way while the whole world watches in slow motion,” another added.
