Cardi B is taking a firm stance when it comes to her kids’ behavior at school, using what many parents might see as an effective motivational tool—threatening to remove their most prized possessions: their iPads. In a video shared on her Instagram Stories, Cardi expressed her expectations for good reports from her children’s teachers during upcoming parent-teacher conferences.
The rapper didn’t hold back in detailing the consequences if her kids, Kulture (6) and Wave (3), fall short:
“I better hear some good s*** or else … iPads will be broken, phones will be thrown in the garbage, TVs will be disconnected, cables will be turned off. I am not playing. I am that type of mom.”
While her tone was serious, she later added that she was “kidding” about the extreme measures, though her message was clear—good behavior is a priority.
A Growing Family
Cardi, who recently welcomed her third child in September, is adjusting to life as a mom of three. While she hasn’t revealed the name of her new daughter yet, fans speculate it could be “Bloom” or “Blossom” based on a charm bracelet she was seen wearing.
Co-Parenting Amid Divorce
Despite their ongoing divorce, Cardi and Offset are co-parenting their children. The pair, who have had public ups and downs, reunited recently for their son Wave’s birthday in August, showing that their focus remains on their kids.
As for Cardi’s parenting style, her humor and determination shine through, proving she’s committed to keeping her kids grounded—even if it means temporarily cutting off their tech lifelines!
