After their “honeymoon” period, American director Ben Affleck and his wife, actress Jennifer Lopez, are now confronting a new obstacle in their marriage.
The famous pair, who live apart because of their professional obligations, has reportedly been battling long-distance problems. This has been reported by Life & Style magazine.
According to the story, Affleck has been shooting the sequel to “The Accountant” in Los Angeles while the singer of “Ain’t Your Mama” is in New York City working on her projects.
This is the first extended period of time they’ve been apart in a while, an insider claimed. Additionally, they are handling it differently between them.
According to a source in a different article, Jennifer Lopez is struggling to manage her life without Affleck.
The actress and singer “wants constant affirmation from her husband that she’s loved and adored,” the source revealed.
But “not getting much of that now and Ben gets defensive and moody,” according to Lopez.
“The honeymoon is unquestionably ended. According to an insider, “they both feel like they need to change their behavior if they want to stay married.”
Affleck and Jennifer Lopez called it quits a few years after getting engaged in the early 2000s.
After returning in 2021 and getting married a year later, they have both demonstrated a commitment to upholding their marital vows.
